2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Digital Products (Software Download):
    If you’re not happy with your downloadable QuickBooks product, you can request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact us, and we’ll process your refund.
  • QuickBooks Online Subscription:
    If you decide QuickBooks Online isn’t the right fit, you can request a full refund within 60 days of purchase. After 60 days, subscriptions are non-refundable
